Have you ever noticed that sometimes you’ll hear more than one country artist record a version of the same song?

In 2015, Tim McGraw released his version of “California” on his album ‘Damn Country Music’, featuring backing vocals from Big & Rich. Tim never released “California” as a single, but Big & Rich did. The song, co written by John Rich of Big & Rich, was the first single from Big & Rich’s sixth album ‘Did It For The Party’ in 2017.
